About the President
Ms. Mary Rose "Queen" Lema
At the heart of my purpose lies a deep passion for bridging people together.
Queen Lema is a seasoned leader with extensive experience spanning government, business, and international consultancy. She is the President and Founder of YENCHI Consultancy Services, established in 2019, where she focuses on building strategic partnerships that advance education, professional mobility, and business development both locally and globally.
Since 2004, she has also served as President of AQUAVIR International Inc., a licensed recruitment agency recognized for connecting skilled professionals to opportunities worldwide while upholding ethical and high-quality recruitment practices.
Her career began in public service as a Legislative Staff Officer at the Senate of the Philippines, where she contributed to national budget analysis, policy development, and fiscal oversight. Drawing from this diverse background, Queen Lema has established herself as a trusted voice in creating meaningful collaborations and driving opportunities that empower individuals and organizations alike.
